Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a fun, dynamic workout that builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances overall body alignment. 

Through controlled movements and focused breathing, it targets deep core muscles while promoting balance, coordination, and posture.

 Suitable for all fitness levels, Reformer Pilates offers a challenging yet supportive way to develop long, lean muscles and move with greater ease and confidence.

As an absolute beginner to Pilates, Anna's sessions have eased me in and after only a few classes I felt stronger and less tensed up! Anna talks you through all the movements and gives you the option of more or less challenge to suit each individual. Her calm and encouraging manner make the sessions fun and you don't notice the time passing at all! I would highly recommend Anna's classes.
