Exercise during pregnancy can be daunting and in all honesty a bit of a mind field. What can I do? What will hurt the baby? Do I have to stop completely?

 

As a mummy to be, a dancer and pre & post natal specialist, I am passionate about educating women on exercise during each stage of their pregnancy and what is safe to do.

Private sessions:

As each women’s pregnancy is different, it is very important for me to teach each client privately so that we can focus on their personal development and needs.

These sessions can be online or in person at your home. 

 

All in person sessions will have equipment (stability balls, bands, weights) provided, *online students will need to purchase these themselves.

Exercise during pregnancy is vitial for reducing those aches and pains, preventing muscle imbalances, varicose veins and improving blood flow, strength and mental well-being.

​

**Some women will have complications in pregnancy or underlying health conditions (absolute contraindications) so it is ESSENTIAL to get checked by a midwife or health practitioner before exercising.

As an absolute beginner to Pilates, Anna's sessions have eased me in and after only a few classes I felt stronger and less tensed up! Anna talks you through all the movements and gives you the option of more or less challenge to suit each individual. Her calm and encouraging manner make the sessions fun and you don't notice the time passing at all! I would highly recommend Anna's classes.
